Synopsis
Joel takes control of the situation, Sienna's left worrying, and Cleo spots an opportunity to exact revenge.Plot
Abe's car has hit a tree. As he lays unconscious in the driver's seat, Joel observes Marie in the back of the car and tries to get to her. The paramedics tend to Tony inside The Hutch. Leela sends the policeman on his way before Mercedes insists she'll dispose of the gun. Abe comes round. Joel pulls him from the car and Abe goads his half-brother with a remark on how Clara looks like him. Joel sees red and punches Abe before declaring he's fine. He plans to put Abe in the boot of his car and ring the police while on the way to the hospital. Misbah reassures Diane and Ste that Tony will make a full recovery. Diane comforts Tony from his bedside. Out of it and thinking Diane is Marie, Tony tells her how much he loves her.
Darren tells Leela and the Blakes what's happened. Leela reveals that Abe is being handed into the police and Sienna resigns herself to the fact she's going to prison, knowing Abe won't stay quiet. Jeremy suggests they intervene before Abe is arrested but Sienna thinks Abe's too dangerous. Mercedes takes a funny turn near the garage and Freddie comes to her rescue. Arriving outside the hospital, Joel assists Marie inside while leaving Abe in the boot. He tells Leela, Peri and Cleo where Abe is and Cleo steals Joel's car keys before driving off with Abe still in the boot. Diane confides in Ste what happened at Tony's bedside and Ste holds her as she cries.
Sienna finds Cleo looking at Abe in the boot of the car. Cleo panics but Sienna takes advantage of the situation and agrees to help her move Abe, who's slowly coming round. Tony's reunited with Marie but she pushes him away and admits to Joel that she's worried about Abe and just wants to know he's safe, before producing an envelope with Clara's DNA test results, which she found in Abe's car. Freddie hides the gun in the garage and then declares his love for Mercedes, promising to never hurt her again. He asks her for a second chance and they kiss, which Grace sees. Leela finds Joel with the envelope and realises that Abe must have taken the DNA test he found her with. They agree to wait before finding out the result. Sienna and Cleo have Abe tied up in the eaves of his flat. Cleo tells him karma's a bitch before locking him inside.Cast
