Synopsis
Sienna takes action to ensure her, Jeremy and Martha's secret doesn't come under threat. Jacob attempts to blackmail Rex. Freddie searches through CCTV and thinks he's found Grace's shooter.Plot
Liberty expresses her concerns for Dilly's welfare to Sienna, Jeremy and Martha, who try and calm her. Overhearing their conversation, Prince declares he'll be going to the police if no one's got hold of Dilly by the end of the day. Grace comes out of hospital and finds out from Freddie that they're moving in with Robbie for their own safety. Jacob returns to the village wanting to know from Rex why his mother hasn't been released from the house since he disposed of the gun. When Rex implies he got the wrong end of the stick, Jacob reveals he still has the gun. Grace watches their conversation from afar. Dodger texts Maxine, confirming he's arrived at his new place safely.
Jacob blackmails Rex, but Grace interrupts the cash exchange and wants answers. Jeremy and Martha attempt to tame a tearful Sienna, but seeing the impact their secret is having on her, Jeremy tells her she has the choice to go to the police and tell them everything. Frankie's supported by Dillon and Lucas. Grace offers Jacob more money than Rex can, issuing a death threat if he doesn't take her up on her offer and dispose of the gun at the same time. Sienna heads to the police station with information about Dilly. Maxine catches her leaving the police station afterwards and Sienna admits she's just reported a murder. Grace and Freddie take Rex to The Hutch to celebrate his birthday. Whilst they're there, Freddie shows Grace and Rex CCTV footage he's found of Jacob walking around with a bag big on New Year's Eve enough to carry a gun inside. He's convinced he's found the shooter.
At The Loft, Sienna reveals to a stunned Prince that Dilly confessed to killing Ethan and that's why she's run away. Sienna elaborates on her lie and Maxine realises that Dilly wasn't around when everyone found Ethan on top of the car. Prince refuses to believe what he's been told and promises Sienna and Jeremy he's not going to stop until he finds out what's really happened to her. Grace gives Jacob the money and gets him to scarper, but D.I. Banks intercepts his escape and arrests him, having already been tipped off by Freddie. Grace stresses to Rex that he needs to make sure Jacob keeps his mouth shut so that she won't lose Freddie. Back at the flat, Jeremy writes up a plant label with Prince's name on it, perceiving him to be a problem which needs dealing with permanently.Cast
