Synopsis
There's visitors at the McQueens for Christmas. Sienna tells Jeremy what happened on the balcony on her and Ethan's wedding day. Kat shows up on Darren's doorstep.Plot
Myra and Nana are back to see Mercedes. They're shocked to see her so unwell. Sienna struggles as Martha questions Jeremy on why he let her believe that she killed Ethan. Jeremy admits that he always knew it was Sienna. Tony's managed to squeeze the Osbornes in at The Dog in the Pond for Christmas Day lunch. Darren's shocked when Kat shows up at 17 Basswood Road. Jeremy explains himself to Martha and Sienna and reassures Sienna he'll take the secret to his grave. Mercedes tells Myra and Nana about her cancer and her current situation with Grace and Freddie.
Donny and Misbah host their Christmas party at 67 Christleton Terrace. Sienna opens up to Jeremy about how she saw red during her argument with Ethan and pushed him hard, causing him to lose his footing and plunge over the balcony. She says it's time to confess. Darren hides Kat in Warren's Wheels and she pleads with him to get her and Jacob away as the house they've been staying at is no longer safe. She asks him to drive them to Dover so that she and Jacob can leave the country. Jeremy refuses to let Sienna hand herself in. Catching Mercedes taking out the rubbish next door, Freddie wishes Mercedes a Merry Christmas Eve. She accuses him of ignoring her voicemail but he insists he never received one. Mercedes tells Freddie about her paused treatment before pushing him away and back to Grace. Overhearing Darren promising on the phone he'll get Kat to Dover, Rex offers to help him out.
Freddie climbs into Mercedes' bedroom and she's surprised to see him. Grace cries outside The Love Boat and Rex finds her. She discloses to him her fears that Freddie's gone to be with Mercedes and she thinks she's lost him. Rex suggests they spend Christmas together and Grace accepts the offer. The Blakes come together at the dinner table and toast. A teary Sienna holds her father's hand. Returning to Warren's Wheels, Kat's speechless to come face-to-face with Rex instead of Darren. Myra returns from the hospital with good news about Cleo: the swelling on her brain has gone down. Freddie chills on Mercedes' bed and they enjoy spending time together. He suggests they run away together tomorrow to somewhere where Grace won't find them.Cast
