Synopsis
Frankie's questioned by D.S. Thompson and JJ is then arrested by D.S. Peel on suspicion of sexual assault. Misbah finds herself in danger thanks to Donny. Warren plans to escape prison tomorrow with Mercedes and Ste's help.Plot
As JJ weeps in his cell, Nancy explains to Frankie that as a teacher she legally had to report what has been going on to the police. When the police knock on the door, Darren has to talk Frankie into letting them in as she doesn't want to tear the family apart. Ethan's ghosting Vicky and she realises it's because her father's questioned him using the polygraph. She isn't impressed with his meddling. Donny thinks Ethan is 'Blue' and Misbah is aware. Ethan turns to Dave over Donny's questions; at the flat Dave advises him to act normal around Donny and keep seeing Vicky, unaware that Donny's hidden in the flat having let himself in before! Donny sneaks out but Dave catches him just as he shuts the door.
Frankie opens up to D.S. Thompson at the police station as Darren listens in and cries from the outside of the interview room. Frankie recalls how JJ's sexual behaviour when they were younger went on until Suzanne thought that her then boyfriend, Paul, was abusing her. The abuse from JJ stopped until they moved to Hollyoaks, where it then resumed. She admits to D.S. Thompson that Nancy didn't push her down the stairs and she kept a diary of what happened on her phone but Suzanne found out and threw her phone away. JJ's released from the cells but then instantly arrested by D.S. Peel on suspicion of sexually assaulting Frankie. At 17 Basswood Road, Jack's filled in on what's been happening. JJ's questioned by D.S. Peel and Suzanne is gobsmacked when JJ admits that he's had sexual intercourse with his sister.
Dave keeps a close eye on Donny at the Bazaar. Donny has a book of Ethan's contacts and shares it with Misbah, who's horrified to learn that Donny broke into the flat. Dave meets with Rex and fills him in on Donny. Rex wants to do Donny in but Dave has a smarter idea. Donny gets a text from Misbah telling him that she's staying at a friend's. Frankie and Darren are repulsed when JJ comes out from the police station and says that he admitted to having sex with Frankie but maintains that it wasn't rape as "she wanted it too". Warren tells Mercedes and Ste he's breaking out of prison tomorrow and they're going to help him. Misbah's been kidnapped and gagged by Rex.Cast
