Synopsis
Cindy and Tom make a big decision in light of their recent discovery. Darren's shocked to see JJ at Hollyoaks High. Donny digs into Ethan's past with a polygraph.Plot
Darren and Frankie are shocked to see Suzanne and JJ outside Hollyoaks High. Dave is relieved that Cindy now knows that he's 'Blue'. He has Tom tied up in his bedroom but Tom's managed to untie himself and prepares to make an escape, which Cindy helps him with by hitting Dave unconscious at the flat. Sally tries to find a solution to keep both Frankie and JJ at the school, unaware of the secret the family is keeping. Donny's contact tells him that having tracked the burner phones linked to 'Blue', he's concluded the gangster must be living in the village.
Cindy and Tom hide in the Park Café, where Cindy insists they move to Spain to live with Jude today. Nancy catches Darren confronting JJ but stays out of their way. Tom shocks Peri by revealing that he's moving out to Spain and taking Steph with him. Nancy asks JJ about what happened with Darren earlier. JJ admits that he knows that she didn't push Frankie but then tells her that Frankie's made a false accusation about him. Misbah's delighted to spend her birthday surrounded by Andre, Donny, Vicky and Dillon. Nancy visits Darren and tells him that she's spoken with JJ, prompting Darren to tearfully open up to her.
Using his polygraph from his policing days, Donny asks Ethan if he's ever killed anyone and realises he's lying. His next question is whether or not he's 'Blue'. Cindy's surprised to a leaving party at The Dog in the Pond with Jack, Maxine, Misbah and Tony all attending. Dave gatecrashes the party and tries to stop Cindy leaving but is unsuccessful. Before she goes, Cindy writes "Dave is Blue" on one of the food notepads. Dave returns home and in a fit of rage destroys a laptop. In the village, Jack, Misbah, Peri and Darren see Cindy, Tom, Hilton and Steph off. JJ freaks when D.S. Thompson and a social worker visit Frankie at school. He jumps to defend himself but is arrested when he assaults D.S. Thompson.Cast
