Synopsis
It's a race against time for Mercedes to save her twins, but is Warren willing to make the ultimate sacrifice to free them? Tom sees a different side to Dave and is quick to inform Cindy of his suspicions.Plot
Donny calms his frantic daughter down over the phone and then goes to see Mercedes. Leela cries as Joel's taken away for questioning. Donny cuts Mercedes' call to the police and confesses to her that he was once in the police. The police call Mercedes back and she's encouraged by Donny to say that it was a false alarm. Vicky seeks solace in Ethan. Donny calms Mercedes and reassures her that 'Blue' doesn't intend to harm the twins, but is using them for his personal gain. She then gets a text from 'Blue' with a new order. Tom encounters Dave whilst out driving. He's confused when Dave gets a call from Mercedes. Dave snaps at Tom when he tries to help him out.
Donny advises Mercedes to try ringing 'Blue' again as he has a contact tracing the burner phones. Mercedes thinks they're out of options and wants to turn to Warren. Joel's released on bail but Leela's convinced he's going to prison. Mercedes visits Warren and tells him that 'Blue' wants him to confess to killing Norma by 7pm if she's to get the twins back. Warren's reluctant to bow down to 'Blue' but understands what's at risk if he doesn't abide. Tom tries to tell Cindy about his experience with Dave but is unable to and Dave then shows up.
Donny learns that Ethan was the reason Vicky was distracted when the twins were taken and makes clear that he'll be keeping a close eye on him. Tom gets Cindy to himself and tells her that he found Dave in a car park and he had an old phone on him which Mercedes was ringing. He thinks that Dave's had something to do with the twins being abducted. Warren meets with D.S. Peel as a police officer visits Joel to inform him that the charges against him have been dropped. As Warren signs a confession he's written regarding Norma's murder, Mercedes is reunited with the twins.Cast
