Synopsis
For months, the gangster terrorising Warren has only gone by the name of 'Blue', but now their identity is finally revealed...Plot
Mercedes is gutted that her family won't attend the naming ceremony. Misbah wants a proper explanation from Donny and advises him to consider alternative living arrangements if he isn't willing to tell her the truth. Freddie's unimpressed when Grace frightens Lexi with a scary story and suggests they keep The Love Boat open 24 hours a day. Vicky flirts with Ethan during her trial shift. Cindy, Dave, Joel and Leela attend the naming ceremony. Having set up CCTV cameras at 65 Christleton Terrace, Warren rushes home when he gets a notification alerting him that someone is there.
Donny hands Misbah his warrant card from when he was in the police force and tells her that he once investigated gangland boss 'Blue', but he let the case take over his life and ended up having to bail on it. Warren shocked to find Rex inside his house. Rex tells Warren that 'Blue' wants his drug stash, which Mercedes walks in on and hears. She threatens Rex as he leaves and then turns her attention to Warren, who promises her that he's going to protect the family and get rid of the drugs. He turns to Dave and asks him to destroy the drugs. Leah notices a mysterious injury on Andre.
Donny reveals to Misbah that 'Blue' almost took Andre from him. He was taking him to a party when he saw a car run off the road. As he approached the car a figure took a shot at him and drove off, leaving blue bullet cases behind. Andre had been shot. Rex meets with 'Blue', who is revealed to be Dave. Dave explains that when Lizzie's daughter died because of him, everything changed. He locked 'Blue' away and became a family man, but when Lizzie died, 'Blue' took hold of him again, and when Rex - the scrappy kid who he'd taken under his wing when he worked for Fraser - came back into his life, he took him on board to help take Warren down. Dave wants Warren to suffer like he's had to before ending him...Cast
