Synopsis
Abe forces Cleo to admit to potentially relapsing to her family, and Diane and Tony learn some of the details of Kitty's true identity.Plot
Kitty offers to burn paperwork for Diane, seeing it as an opportunity to get rid of a photo of her at Declan's cottage, the doll from her mother, and her I.D. identifying her as Ivy. Abe shows Cleo the photos of Theresa he's using as promotion for his PT sessions, asking if she's upset she didn't make the cut. Cleo says she's not bothered, then tells him she'll be too busy to meet him for lunch, leaving Abe annoyed. Robbie is upset Hannah has seemingly broke her promise to stop escorting, but refuses to give her the chance to explain when she tells him he's misunderstood. Outside the hospital, Hannah checks in with Cleo. Cleo informs Hannah she's booked a session with a counsellor, because, despite not feeling like she's relapsed, Abe claims he heard her making herself sick. Hannah tells her not to listen to Abe, but instead to listen to herself. Cleo then offers support to Zoe after she attends baby scan alone. Kitty and Beau start to burn the evidence of Kitty's past, but they are caught by Diane, who questions why they're burning the I.D. of a woman called Ivy. When Diane threatens to go to the police if she doesn't get an explanation, Kitty admits that she is Ivy.
Anthony and Dee Dee defend Ro when Arlo makes a joke out of correct pronoun usage. They tell Arlo to apologise, and Ro holds his own, all observed by an impressed Sally. At The Dog, Abe finds Cleo and Zoe, and questions why Cleo was able to make plans with Zoe but not with him. Cleo explains she was offering support, but after secretly seeing her counselling appointment reminder, Abe asks her why she needs to rush off. Not wanting to tell Abe about the appointment, Cleo agrees to stay for lunch. Kitty tells Tony and Diane she left the real Kitty Draper dead after the car crash and stole her identity, stating she had no choice. Beau lies it was to get away from an abusive ex-boyfriend, to hide Kitty's link to Declan Hawthorne, and begs Tony not to call the police.
Cleo ignores a call from the clinic, but tells Abe it's nothing, and he makes a comment about how there should be no secrets between them. He insinuates that Zoe took advantage of her good nature and states the other McQueens should be stepping up to help too. Cleo agrees, and invites Pearl and Zoe to lunch with the family. Kitty panics that once she gets arrested for fraud, the blood samples will identify her as "Ivan", telling Beau they'll both end up being charged with murder. Robbie finds Hannah's phone in the carpark, but it's been smashed. While Cleo tells the family her plans for lunch with Zoe, Abe pretends to find the details of her missed appointment on her phone, and forces her to admit to potentially relapsing to everyone. Tony and Diane tell Kitty to hand herself in, otherwise, they will report her themselves.Cast
