Synopsis

Tony and Kitty plan to help Beau, Misbah tells Zain she isn't leaving the village with him, and Robbie makes a discovery about the identity of Hannah's blackmailer.

Plot

Freddie tells Robbie he wasn't involved in Warren's shooting, and that he's taking Lexi out of Robbie's care due to his involvement in prostitution. With encouragement from Dillon, Misbah tells Zain she isn't moving to Scotland with him. Freddie meets with Norma, revealing her to be his mystery caller, who admits she only wanted Freddie out of the way so Warren could leave the village. Norma tells Freddie she believes he and his wife could be behind Warren's shooting, but Freddie denies it. Tony asks Beau if he wants to visit Hunter's grave, but his reaction causes Tony and Diane to question if there's more to his behaviour than just Hunter's passing. Zain tells Misbah the only way to fix their marriage is doing so outside of the village, telling her he's leaving regardless. Donny overhears Dillon telling Vicky that Misbah might be staying without Zain.

Kitty tells Tony and Diane about an end of year school football match that Hunter and Beau had been planning. Diane lies to Ro that the GP has cancelled his appointment. Hannah meets with Freddie, assuring him Robbie isn't involved in anything dodgy and praising how well he's cared for Lexi. Misbah tells Zain they both have to admit their marriage is over. Freddie acknowledges that Robbie has done a good job raising Lexi, and decides to not take her away, but does ask to be more involved in her life, which Robbie agrees to. Diane confesses to Kitty that she couldn't make the doctor's appointment for Ro, admitting she's fearful of her child having ideas put into his head about drugs and puberty blockers. Kitty is understanding of Diane's instinct to protect, and assures her that speaking to a professional will help alleviate her fears. Diane calls the GP and makes an appointment for Ro.

Zain and Misbah acknowledge they can't keep pretending, and Misbah sees Zain off as he exits the village in Benny's taxi. Tony and Kitty surprise Beau with the school football team, who want him to host the "Hunter McQueen Memorial Match", to which he agrees. Once alone together, Kitty promises Beau she'll help him put everything behind him. D.S. Peel tells Zoe there's been a development in the Declan Hawthorne case. An upset Misbah becomes angered by Donny's presence, accusing him of getting involved in her marriage, and kicks him out. Robbie returns to Hannah's B&B room whilst she's in the shower, and discovers she has a second phone, which reveals she's been the one sending the blackmail messages to herself.
