Synopsis

Marie asks Arlo about the video footage then confronts Abe, and Warren discovering his drug supply is tainted leads to tragic consequences at Cindy and Dave's wedding.

Plot

Lizzie tells Dave that Cindy has booked The Loft for the wedding, and Mason receives a text from Honour asking if he's decided to move to London. After discovering his drug supply could be tainted, Warren orders Ste to get back as many pills as he can from the dealers. Lizzie tells Cindy she's arranged a meeting with the health visitor to get information about her baby, but Dave witnesses Cindy getting emotional when Lizzie thanks her. Arlo tells Marie that Abe took him to live with Chris and Demi because Marie didn't want to look after him, but Marie informs him that isn't true.

Dilly tells Prince that she's purchased drugs to take at the wedding. Hunter receives an accidental text from Zoe, which implies she has cheated. Dave believes Cindy is getting cold feet, but Ethan convinces him otherwise. Mason tells Dave and Ethan he's considering Honour's request for him to live with her. Marie confronts Abe with the information Arlo has given her and slaps him across the face. At The Loft, Dave stops the wedding, asking Cindy if the reason she was upset earlier was because she doesn't want to marry him. Lizzie reveals that they had been talking about her baby.

Abe argues Marie often took her issues out on him, so he had to take Arlo away, but Marie threatens him with the police. Lizzie tells the family she made Cindy promise not to tell anyone her secret, and Cindy explains that Lizzie got pregnant at 16, but arranged for the baby to be looked after. Cindy tells Dave he has helped her move on from Luke, and they exchange vows. Marie realises Cleo already knew what Abe had done and tells her to tell Abe to stay away from Arlo. In private, Lizzie tells Dave she's worried it's too late to contact her daughter, but Dave assures her he's proud of how she's handled everything.

At the wedding reception, Prince, Dilly, and Hunter all take a pill. Reluctant at first, Lizzie is persuaded to partake after cryptically revealing she'll soon be a mum. Hunter confronts Zoe about the text, but she lies it was referring to taking drugs with her friend and convinces Hunter she hasn't cheated on him. Zoe agrees to taking a pill with Hunter. Warren and Ste discuss how the number of pills they've managed to round up is lower than what was supplied, but hope they've got all the tainted ones. Cleo advises Abe to make amends with Marie, but Abe tells her they're better off without her.

A drunk Marie purchases a pill from a dealer and downs it with a bottle of alcohol. As the guests at the wedding dance, Prince tells Hunter he believes Zoe is being honest. Dilly asks what Lizzie was referring to with her earlier "mum" comment, and Lizzie calls tomorrow the start of the rest of her life. Dave and Lizzie dance, but the lights and music start to distort for Lizzie as she collapses to the ground. Zoe starts CPR and the ambulance is called. Paramedics arrive and continue CPR, but Zoe informs the crowd that Lizzie has passed away.
