Synopsis
Dillon regains consciousness and seeks help for Lucas. Cindy listens to Lizzie. Carter gets his just deserts.Plot
Carter breaks free of Ste and John Paul and legs it, chased by Hannah. Dillon comes round and sobs over Lucas before leaving to seek help. Warren sends Freddie on his way. Carter attempts to make an ill-placed broadcast at Pride but Kitty intervenes. Freya hears what he's had to say and is shocked. Prince talks Dilly out of taking the pills. Dillon finds Ste in The Dog's car park and tells him that Lucas is at The Folly. Lizzie details how she fell pregnant and gave birth, before handing her daughter over to social services.
Ste arrives at The Folly and cradles his son in his arm as he waits for an ambulance. A drunken Prince proposes to Dilly while an equally drunken Zoe proposes to Hunter. Freya struggles to process events after being told the truth by John Paul and goes into denial. Carter wants them to go to America still but having learnt that Dillon's in hospital, Freya refuses to go until she's seen her friend. He arranges to meet her under The Archway no later than 9pm. At the hospital, Dillon tells Freya he has broken ribs. When asked who harmed him, Dillon claims he can't remember.
Whilst alone on the sofas of Harcourt Grove together, Prince and Zoe end up sharing a kiss. Misbah sits with Ste by Lucas's bedside. Ste's in tears as he digests the reality that his son's been self-harming. Misbah supports him. John Paul finds Carter in the village and tells him that he disgusts him and he wishes he'd never met him. Freya returns to the village and takes her father's hand just before police cars show with their sirens wailing. She reveals she called the police and Carter's arrested on suspicion of kidnapping, blackmail and attempting to abduct a child.Cast
