Synopsis
Ste wants Sienna to get rid of the confession before Warren finds out about it. Freddie confronts Marie. Vicky's birthday is overshadowed by the arrival of her father.Plot
Ste asks Sienna to get rid of Warren's confession from Sophie's tablet. Abe is looking at flights from Liverpool to Dublin, when Freddie bangs on the door demanding Marie gives back what he thinks she took. Scott and Maxine prepare for Vicky's 18th birthday, and Scott panics about the adoption paperwork. Vicky pretends she has no idea.
Marie searches for her passport, and worries about why the Irish police have got in touch. Sienna is reluctant to give in to Sophie's demands to return her tablet, in case she accidentally plays the confession recording to Warren. Abe challenges Freddie over Murphy's presence near the garage yesterday. Joel overhears Abe making a call to Chris. Scott is upset that the adoption agency has scuppered his plans to adopt Vicky. Vicky is deflated when her gift from Scott turns out to be a "to my daughter" card with a cheque for £100.00 enclosed, rather than the adoption paperwork she was expecting. Joel falls for Abe's excuses and suggests they both go to Ireland with Marie, and recommends Abe hands his phone to the police so they can contact Chris.
Freddie threatens Murphy, and Murphy threatens him and Lexi in return. Andre helps decorate The Dog in the Pond for Vicky's party. Andre wonders what to get Vicky now that their dad isn't coming. Andre rejects Frankie and Lucas when they arrive to the party. Lucas gets a notification from ManMeet, whilst Frankie drinks unattended vodka on the bar. Dillon looks longingly at a photograph of Lucas. Ste tries to reconnect with Leah Barnes, but she's not interested. Sienna informs Ste that Sophie has the confession, and they panic. Vicky cries to Leah and Dillon about her disappointment, thinking Scott has had second thoughts.
Ste asks James for advice on the confession situation, wondering if he should give in to Sienna's request for him to report Warren to the police. A man gets out of a chauffeur-driven car in the village and chats with Warren, who thinks he recognises him from somewhere. Warren directs him to The Dog. Warren sees Ste and James in the village looking nervous, as Ste sees Sophie stumbling upon the confession. Marie and Abe are about to get a taxi to the airport without Joel, when Zoe stops them—there has been a development.
Vicky's party gets underway at The Dog. Andre's gift to Vicky is a saxophonist, who starts playing "Crazy in Love" by Beyoncé. Lucas texts Dillon asking for help with Frankie, who is wasted. Vicky gives a speech and talks about her disappointment, and Scott explains what happened. She calls Scott her "dad", just as the man from earlier enters and reveals himself as her father, Donny Clark. Ste sneaks into Warren's flat to retrieve the tablet, but Sophie scuppers his plans. Ste makes an excuse, but Warren is onto him. Warren listens to the confession recording, and forces Ste to be the one to go after Sienna. Dillon takes Frankie to the Hollyoaks Wreck to recover, as she slurs about Lucas being a catch. Dillon agrees, as he stares at the photograph of Lucas again.Cast
