Synopsis
Peri is determined to ensure that Romeo escapes prison. Darren's hopes for Jack to move back into 17 Basswood Road are slashed.Plot
Romeo arrives at the hospital, where he tells Peri that Kane stabbed him. Sienna throws Dilly out of Harcourt Grove and asks her to stay away from Rafe's funeral. Jack prepares to move back into 17 Basswood Road. Frankie's left furious at Jack gifting JJ golden football boots ahead of his trial tomorrow. Peri's learnt from Romeo the series of events that led up to the incident and tells Ste everything. Prince supports a devastated Dilly and then learns of Romeo's stabbing from Tony. James tells Ste that he was blackmailed by Kane and stole money from Rafe.
Romeo recalls what happened at the prison to Peri. Peri demands to know what James and Ste have to do with Kane; Romeo lies and claims that Ste owed Kane drug money. Afraid to go back to prison as he fears for his life, Peri decides Romeo can't go back and blackmails James into helping Romeo escape. At Hollyoaks High, JJ insists Frankie stays away from new friend Lucas. Peri gets James to drug the guard at Romeo's bedside. Darren has to tell Jack that he can't move back home yet. James explains to Romeo how he's going to get him out of the hospital. Frankie freaks out when Lucas touches her whilst they're in a classroom together.
Police swarm the hospital upon learning that Romeo's escaped, so he sets off the fire alarm in a bid to distract them. Sienna tells Ste that she's thrown Dilly out as she reckons that she screwed her over. She's thankful to Ste for being the one person she can count on. Prince heads to the hospital to angrily confront Romeo but Dilly stops him from doing anything stupid. Romeo sneaks out of the hospital but doesn't meet James at their agreed point. Instead, he hijacks a taxi, which Dilly and Prince then get in and request is driven to Harcourt Grove. An oblivious Prince tells Dilly that if he ever sees Romeo again, he's a dead man.Cast
