Synopsis
Mercedes seeks guidance from Jacqui. Andre looks to move to the village. Cindy wants Ella spending Christmas with her and not Warren and Norma.Plot
Felix wonders if the McQueens know where Mercedes is. When questioned by Mercedes on her new lifestyle, Jacqui tells her sister she's chosen a happier, easier and less complicated way of living. Goldie informs Felix and Warren that Mercedes has text her to let her know that she's safe and doesn't want to be found. Diane has an interview with Carter for a job as the school's counsellor. Warren pushes for Zoe to hunt Mercedes down. Zoe wonders why Warren wants Mercedes found so badly.
Ella attempts to flirt with Charlie at The Folly but Charlie lets her know he's still with Shing Lin before dashing off. Cindy makes clear to Warren that Ella will be spending Christmas with her. Diane becomes the new school counsellor. Carter's visibly uncomfortable around John Paul at work. Mercedes tells Jacqui she loves Felix. Jacqui gives Mercedes some tough love, earning herself a thump. Yasmine receives a flattering message from a fan of her podcast and responds to it.
Dillon finds Andre checking out Hollyoaks High. Andre wants to move to the village and study a politics course at the school. Wanting to help out, Dillon invites Andre to spend the night at 67 Christleton Terrace. Struggling with back pain, Carter takes some of Freya's old painkillers. Cindy's attempt at giving Ella advice backfires when the teen decides to go and clear the air with Norma. Jacqui offers Mercedes some final words of advice before seeing her on her way. Once alone, she retrieves a newspaper from her bag with the front cover story being about a murdered nightclub owner in Alicante...Cast
