Synopsis
Darren's first day working for Norma goes disastrously. Mason is wound up by Dave and Cindy's behaviour. Felix comes up with a plan to buy an engagement ring, and Joel is horrified when he donates Leela's box of "bedroom toys" by mistake.Plot
Darren calls Norma in secret. Norma reminds him that it's on her terms. Leela criticises Dave for her package arriving late. Darren leaves to meet with Norma. Warren gets frustrated when Norma starts talking about Ella. Joel has accidentally taken Leela's secret box of 'bedroom toys' to the charity drop-off. Norma proposes extreme terms to a desperate Darren. Ethan walks in on the middle of their conversation. Felix decides to take Warren out for the day.
Cindy wants to return the robe as there's a hole in it, so Dave confesses. Norma proposes an alternative offer: to work for her until she considers the debt paid. Darren agrees to Ethan's offer. Joel and Leela manage to get their box back. Darren meets with a thug, who has him attacked as Norma hasn't paid him the correct amount. Warren witnesses the incident and attacks the thug when he calls him a "mummy's boy". Darren tells Warren and Felix about his predicament so Warren decides to confront Norma.
Mason reprimands his father, but Cindy is more forgiving. Felix admits to Warren that he's struggling with his therapy. Darren is unappreciative of Ethan's advice so Ethan calls Jack. Leela is stunned when Joel decides to build her a cocktail bar. Dave steals another package, soon learning that it's Pearl's Christmas present for Sharon. Jack confronts Darren over going to Norma. Felix makes a plan to hijack Dave's van with the expensive Black Friday parcels inside, so he can afford to get Mercedes a better engagement ring.Cast

- This episode was originally produced and scheduled with the intention to broadcast on 21st November 2023, but due to Hollyoaks being removed from the Channel 4 schedule at short notice, its Channel 4 Streaming date of 17th November 2023 at 7:30 pm became its new official date. This episode premiered on E4 on 20th November 2023 at 7:00 pm.
