Synopsis
Peri causes a scene at the sponsorship event hosted by Prince and Romeo. Darren hides from a debt collector. Carter has a job offer for John Paul at Hollyoaks High.Plot
The beer company now want Prince and Romeo to talk about Rayne, and have named their beer Crafty Corpse. Carter confirms to John Paul that he sent the texts from Maxine's phone. To try and keep John Paul silent, Carter offers him his old job as an English teacher back at Hollyoaks High. The police are unable to identify who leaked the edited fake confession from Peri. Darren's dispirited when Charlie tells him that a debt collector called round their house.
Held over a barrel by the contract they signed with the brewery, Prince and Romeo reluctantly host the sponsorship at The Love Boat. John Paul warns Maxine against Carter, but she tells him it was just a night of fun. Joel and Leela have different ideas on how to spend Christmas Day. Peri attends the sponsorship event to try and clear her name, but whilst at the event, she's pushed to her limits and points out how all of Rayne's friends had motive to kill. Carter visits Nana in a bid to convince John Paul to take his old job back. Hunter supports Zoe when their friends turn on her.
Pearl suggests to Darren they hire a Frank Sinatra impersonator for Jack's birthday. Darren hides behind the bar when a debt collector shows up and Tony and Pearl see her off. John Paul accepts Carter's job offer and signs the contract. Leela talks to Cindy about her and Joel's different ideas on how to spend Christmas. Tony tries to get to the bottom of just how much trouble Darren's in. Zoe opens up Prince's laptop and is left shocked when she finds the video of Peri 'confessing' to Rayne's murder on it.Cast

- This episode was originally produced and scheduled with the intention to broadcast on 16th November 2023, but due to Hollyoaks being removed from the Channel 4 schedule at short notice, its Channel 4 Streaming date of 14th November 2023 at 7:30 pm became its new official date. This episode premiered on E4 on 15th November 2023 at 7:00 pm.
