Synopsis
Carter sleeps with Maxine in a bid to prove to John Paul that he's not gay. Prince wants to cheer Romeo up. Tony and Diane help out a cash-strapped Darren so that Jack has a venue for his birthday party.Plot
John Paul and Carter have an awkward exchange at La Gymnastique. Wanting to cheer a depressed Romeo up, Prince bags them a brand sponsorship deal which involves them DJing. Nadira has her doubts on just how wise Prince's idea is. Darren worries about how he's going to afford throwing Jack a birthday party. Tony and Diane notice that Darren's lacking energy and so come up with a way to help him bring in tips and get his mojo back.
John Paul tries to help Carter comes to terms with his sexuality but Carter tells John Paul that he makes him sick. Peri and Romeo agree to go back to being best friends who don't sleep together. John Paul apologises to Scott for ditching him and shows him the anonymous online post. He plans to report the post to the police as a hate crime. Then, upon coming across Ste, John Paul seeks advice from him about dating someone who isn't out yet. At The Dog, Carter buys Maxine a drink and flirts with her.
Tony and Diane offer to let Darren host Jack's birthday party at The Dog for free when their plan to bring in tips is unsuccessful. John Paul's thankful to Ste for his advice. An email from the beer company insisting that Prince and Romeo use '#CouldMurderAPint' with every post leaves Romeo annoyed. John Paul receives a text from Maxine, asking him to help her decorate Minnie's bedroom. Maxine's confused when John Paul shows up, unaware of any texts. A shirtless Carter then emerges from the bedroom...Cast
