Synopsis
John Paul realises Carter's true intentions. James's decision about Lucas threatens his marriage. Felix attends his first therapy session, whilst Mercedes and Warren argue over their relationship.Plot
John Paul verbally recalls Carter's group's motto. Scott calls him to the flat. James seethes over Ste's behaviour. Felix asks where Mercedes went. John Paul gushes over the impact of Carter's classes. Mercedes lies to Felix and Nana reprimands her. James gets on the wrong side of Peri. Scott has John Paul help stitch a dress for the Christmas fairy auditions. Felix meets with Dr. Weaver. Warren summons Mercedes to The Loft and they start kissing. James has someone break down the door to his house.
Carter takes a photo of John Paul with Scott (dressed in drag) with other drag queens and posts it online with a caption to summon hate. Warren and Mercedes argue over their relationship. Felix talks to Dr. Weaver about his past with his kids. She gives him confidence in his recovery process. Peri snaps at Prince, who is worried about her. Ste returns home to find James in the house with Lucas's things packed.
John Paul compliments Scott and talks about their relationship. Scott kisses him but John Paul backs away and leaves. James and Ste have a blazing row. James storms off when Ste compares him to Mac. John Paul tells Carter that he and Scott kissed. Sally comforts Scott. Carter shows John Paul the post and claims that there's a movement against Scott running the youth club. His words lead John Paul to realising that Carter is trying to 'convert' him from homosexuality.Cast

- This is the first episode of Hollyoaks in which Angelo Abela and Hannah Cheers serve as executive producers. Abela is the co-head of the Kids & Family sector of Lime Pictures, whilst Cheers (under her maiden name Hannah Sowden) served as a series producer from 2018 to 2021.
