Synopsis
Peri and Romeo come clean to the share house about a secret they've been keeping from the day Rayne died. Leela is determined to protect her daughter. Lucas continues to give James grief.Plot
Leela thinks Peri should go on the run. Peri wants to prove her innocence but the original video that the hacker stole her "confession" from has been deleted. Leah joins in on Lucas's blackmail of James. Joel tells Peri to go down to the police station and hand herself in, so that she can co-operate with their enquiries and evade heavy suspicion. Mason submits the video to the competition. James compromises with his stepchildren: a weekly allowance in return for one-to-one time with Ste whenever he wants it.
Romeo insists that Peri is innocent and someone is trying to set her up. Nadira wonders how Romeo can be so sure. Peri rings Romeo and tells him that she's handing herself in. She promises to keep Romeo's name out of her interview, adding that no one will ever find out what they did on the day Rayne died. Leela fights with Britney when she makes a remark on Peri's father being a murderer. Zoe intervenes and sends Britney on her way.
Having been told by Mason she can study at Cindy's whenever she wants, Vicky gets the wrong idea when she shows up and sees the table set for a candle lit dinner for two. She's apologetic to Mason. James and Ste's alone time is cut short when a non-compliant Lucas decides to gatecrash. The police release Peri and she and Romeo head straight to the share house, where they announce to Prince, Lizzie and Nadira that they slept together on the day Rayne was murdered.Cast
