Synopsis
A new headmaster starts at Hollyoaks High School and his identity shocks Hunter when Hunter tells him about Freya. Maxine takes control of her situation. Darren's unable to get through to Charlie.Plot
Hunter protests his innocence to Beau, explaining that Rayne posted the video for clout and it's been taken out of context. Beau advises Hunter to talk with Carter Shepherd, the new headmaster, before the rumour gets back to him. Darren's convinced Hollyoaks High to let Charlie retake year 11, but Charlie's not taken the news well. Lacey's found out from Dr. Cam's receptionist that he upsells to clients to make business. Hunter tells Carter about Freya; he's left speechless upon learning that she's his daughter!
Zoe shows up at Hollyoaks High in a work capacity, Carter having rang the police. Maxine livestreams a video warning people of Dr. Cam and his upselling techniques. Freya claims that Hunter kissed her. Unable to get through to Charlie, who's locked himself in his bedroom, Darren turns to Shing Lin and Dillon, but he has no success in luring Charlie from his room. Hunter opens up to Beau about Neeta. Freya refuses to give a statement, knowing she could get Hunter into a lot of trouble. Dr. Cam pays Maxine a visit, threatening to sue her for defamation if she doesn't remove her social media post.
Hunter has the charges against him dropped when Freya admits there was no kiss, but Carter isn't so forgiving. Charlie leaves his bedroom to attend band practice with Dillon and Shing Lin at Hollyoaks High, but he suffers a panic attack in the corridor before he gets to the hall and, after sending into the band's group chat lyrics that he's written, leaves. Hunter suffers an awkward moment when he tells Zoe that he thinks they should just be friends at the same time that Zoe asks if they can start over. Darren and Tony break into Charlie's bedroom and find concerning lyrics, but they're quickly kicked out by Charlie when he returns home.Cast
