Synopsis
John Paul's friends and family try to get him to change his mind about going to the police over the assault. Mercedes gets a phone call about Bobby and turns to James for advice, but he refuses to help her son. Romeo questions Rayne's motives upon watching her latest video post.Plot
Ethan hasn't been able to find CCTV of John Paul's attack. Mercedes tells Goldie and Sally that Bobby's been beaten up, so she's going to get him out of the children's home. It's Yasmine's birthday and she's given a drawing by Steph. Zain reassures Yasmine that he's there for her when he realises that Tom's off with her. A new video post by Rayne leaves Romeo confused and worried that she's using Juliet's death for clickbait. John Paul won't budge on going to the police. Tom confides in Jack about him and Yasmine.
Mercedes turns to James for assistance over Bobby, but James refuses to get involved because of what Bobby did to Verity. Yasmine's freaked out when Peri mentions adoption plans whilst they're talking about Tom. A jealous Rayne mentions to Romeo that her friend is gaining followers but she isn't attracting any. When approached by Romeo over the video she posted, Rayne shows Romeo that he's the only viewer of the video because she never made it public. She claims to have made the video to show him she's there for him. Maxine shares her own experience with Eric to John Paul in the hopes that he'll change his mind on going to the police.
Tom finds Yasmine at the Folly, having been told by Peri that she knows about the adoption plans. Tom stresses to Yasmine he loves her and they can make it through their problems. John Paul summons Freya to the park and worries he's being hypercritical going to the police after he got away with the minibus crash. Freya encourages him to report the crime. Lacey agrees to help Mercedes behind James's back. Yasmine overhears Tom telling Zain that he felt like she was relieved to have lost their baby, and he's not sure he can move on from that.Cast
