Synopsis
It's the day of James and Ste's stag-dos, but James has forgotten to plan anything for Ste! Maxine and Beau continue to get closer as they plan a gig for the school, but Maxine misreads Beau's signals and ends up going in for a kiss. Charlie tells Darren the truth about how he's been struggling with his mock exams.Plot
Juliet's invited to James' secret stag-do. Donna-Marie reassures her daughter they're going to get through the next couple of days together. Maxine has school concert leaflets made up. Donna-Marie supports Juliet's decision to attend James' stag. Ste reveals to James that his stag party is a wine and cheese tasting night; he's unhappy when James admits he forgot to arrange his stag. Brooke and Jack wonder if there's more than just revision going on between Charlie and Shing Lin. James turns to Sienna for help in organising a stag party for Ste.
Having spoken to the head, Beau breaks the news to Maxine that the gig they had planned at the school is a non-starter. James' stag is underwhelming. Some wise words from Juliet encourage him to go and join Ste at his stag party. Despite the gig not going ahead, Shing Lin suggests to Charlie they still form a band. Darren discovers that Charlie's been cheating his exams. Ste's thrilled with the surprise stag party Sienna's arranged. Sienna agrees to be his maid of honour again. Charlie opens up to Darren about how he panicked and didn't feel he could do his mock exam. Once James is at Ste's stag party, Donna-Marie, Juliet and Peri sneak away.
Having done some research, Maxine suggests to Beau that he pitches the gig to the head as a stress relieving technique for the students. Beau hugs Maxine, who leans in for a kiss, but Beau doesn't reciprocate and she hastily leaves. Darren plans to tutor Charlie. He receives a phone call from Nancy - something's happened. Things get tense for a moment at the stag do when James fails to answer any questions correctly about Ste during a game. At 2 Oakdale Drive, Juliet records a video for James revealing that she's dying.Cast
