Synopsis
Juliet receives a date for an appointment with the transplant team in Birmingham. James finds himself in a sticky situation. The McQueens open their speakeasy and steal customers from the Dog, only for it to backfire on them when Grace steals the customers from the speakeasy for the Loft.Plot
James tells Juliet he's paying for her to go private. Mercedes and Felix look forward to opening the speakeasy. There's a private clinic in Germany willing to take Juliet on for her stem cell transplant in the coming days. It will be upwards of £20,000. The doors open for the speakeasy. Warren helps Juliet understand what she wants to do with regards to the transplant. Only Joel and a few others show up for the speakeasy, which Zoe investigates when she comes across Nana asleep outside the Cage next to a sign that says "speakeasy". Mercedes covers her tracks by claiming the speakeasy is a drop-by confessional led by Joel.
Maxine offers Beau a neck massage at La Gymnastique when he injures himself. Having both agreed they enjoyed themselves at the park yesterday, Maxine invites Beau over for tea. Under Eric's instructions, James heads to the caravan to find Eric's mother's necklace to pawn. As James holds the necklace in his hands, Zoe walks in on him. Mercedes and Goldie head to the Dog and steal their punters. James comes up with an excuse to explain his presence in the caravan and successfully manages to sneak the necklace out. Beau has to cancel tea with Maxine as he's agreed to cover the Easter football camp for a P.E. teacher who's called in sick. The McQueens have almost made £100 from the speakeasy.
Grace gatecrashes the speakeasy and offers the punters free entry to the Loft, so they all leave. She then riles Mercedes up and Mercedes goes to punch her, but accidentally hits Felix! Juliet receives an appointment for her transplant in Birmingham and they can see her Thursday. Mercedes apologises to Felix and he tells her he loves her. She's unable to say it back and tells him to go home. James meets with Eric and informs him he won't be representing him as he doesn't need his money anymore. Eric retaliates by insisting he'll tell the police that James broke into his caravan and pawned the necklace to have him arrested if he backs out.Cast
