Synopsis
Tony takes measures to keep his family safe. Brooke struggles to cope with the pressure of looking after the Osborne family. Cindy tries to figure out a way to save the bazaar, whilst Rayne lets Romeo take the fall for her.Plot
Tony reads an article in The Chester Herald about Diane and Maxine's talk today. He then reads a letter on Eric's sentencing on 29th March. Cindy receives various notifications about outstanding bills and loans, which Tom confronts her over. Brooke takes over Nancy's role in the house. Tony worries about Diane's safety, just as Beau informs them that the car has been broken into. Tom is furious when Cindy confesses about not having insurance. The Hutchinsons are suspicious as nothing has been stolen but the children's' car seats have been removed.
Oscar pretends to be ill so Brooke can get him out of school. The sharehouse residents find an old pizza box under the couch and accuse Romeo of placing it there. Brooke is upset when Darren tells them that Oscar isn't ill and Charlie has snuck out. When the dinner is burned, setting the smoke alarm off, and they injure their hand removing it from the oven, Brooke has a sensory overload. Tony panics when he can't find Diane but finds her phone. He tells Sam that "the incels have taken her".
Lizzie arrives at 17 Basswood Road and comforts Brooke. Jack tells Tony that she has gone to the talk, but he panics as he thinks the incels now know where she is. Grace comes up with an idea to help Cindy. Tony is angry when people keep encouraging him to sleep. Rayne confesses to having left the pizza under the couch. Brooke tells Lizzie about their concerns about The Love Boat and trying to take over Nancy's role. Darren comforts Brooke and tells them that they're doing a favour.
Tony sets up a motion-sensored security system. Diane tells Beau that she is fed up with him. Cindy has dressed up to the nines for a meeting with her bank manager Alex Burton. She is rude towards a woman who enters, then learning that she is actually Alex Burton! Tony's camera picks up a hooded figure trashing The Dog in the Pond. Alex ends up leaving the meeting with Cindy abruptly as she hasn't got the paperwork needed.Cast
