Synopsis
Norma's trapped in the car and her life's in danger as a metal beam loosens above her. Bobby speaks to Mercedes, where their conversation is anything but pleasant. Pearl is thrilled when Sharon pays her a visit after completing a trial shift at hospital.Plot
Joel calls for an ambulance as Sienna cries out her children are in the car. James visits Ste at the hospital. Goldie's worried that Mercedes has convinced herself her meeting with Bobby will be positive, when that may not be the case. Sienna retrieves her unharmed children from the vehicle. Warren discovers what Norma had planned and is furious. Norma's trapped inside the vehicle. Peri informs James and Ste of the crash. James insists that Ste rests up before getting a call from an unknown number.
Mercedes is optimistic today is the day she gets her son back. As Warren and Norma argue, a metal beam loosens above the car. Brooke returns with Charlie and Nancy reaffirms that her and Darren's love for them is unconditional. Firefighters and police descend on the village. Norma's rescued before the beam penetrates the windshield. Cindy's unable to reassure Tom that the Bazaar will be alright. Sharon Bailey treats Norma at the hospital. Bobby phones Mercedes, wanting her to promise him she'll never have another child as he doesn't want her to ruin another life like she did his.
The unknown number texts James as they need to talk with him urgently. Sienna explodes at Norma. Mercedes is comforted by Felix. Following her trial shift at the hospital, Sharon visits Pearl and Zoe. She shares the news that the hospital want her to transfer to them and she's considering it. Pearl's thrilled but Zoe not so much. There's a medical emergency at the Osbornes when Morgan's foot turns blue. Norma thanks Warren for saving her. She wants to move on from the day's events but Warren insists he'll never forgive her for what she did. He says she's no mother of his, ripping up her Mother's Day card and telling her they're done.Cast
