Synopsis
Norma continues with her plan, leaving Warren in the dark. Peri plans a trip to Brighton for Juliet. Sally gives Misbah advice on how to spend her free time.Plot
Juliet receives a reminder about her PET scan. Misbah has been invited for an interview at a clinic in Chester. Norma secretly books flights for herself, Warren and the twins. Ste and James's wedding has been set for 14th February 2024. He plants the idea of a wedding in Peri's head. Yazz thinks Misbah should miss Imran's meeting with Doctor Lewis to attend the interview. Norma pushes Warren to get Sienna to give him back access to the twins. Sally and Darren worry about Nancy's lack of self-confidence.
Juliet tells Peri about her fascination in weddings. She tells her about a terrible family trip to Blackpool. Donna-Marie then promised to take them to Brighton, but got arrested the night before they planned to leave. Norma searches Sienna's flat for the passports. Imran tells Misbah that she should go to the interview instead of his appointment. As Norma finds the passports, Sienna and Ethan unlock the door. Peri wants to take Juliet to Brighton. However, Peri's card declines.
Norma is left trapped under the table as Ste and James tell Sienna and Ethan about the wedding. She hears them talking negatively about her before they all leave. Misbah admits to Sally that the interview went well until they asked for references. Peri asks Ste and James for money: Ste has none and James doesn't think taking Juliet away is a good idea. Sally tells Misbah that she now has the time to get to know herself. Darren gives Nancy a well-appreciated confidence boost. Ste tries to convince James to let Juliet go to Brighton. Norma amends the flight details with the passport numbers. James gives Peri his card to take Juliet away.
