Synopsis
Tony is stressed as he realises The Dog in the Pond has been double-booked. Mercedes spirals after losing Bobby. DeMarcus suggests moving to Margate with Vicky.Plot
Leah and Charlie panic when Vicky falls unconscious. The person filming runs into the woods.
2 days earlier
Tony realises that The Dog in the Pond is double booked, with Maxine's campaign meeting and a religious party. Mercedes receives a reminder about going to the cinema with Bobby. Goldie pours the wine down the sink. Diane worries about Tony, who refuses to let her help as he believes that she needs to rest. Mercedes is furious when she realises Goldie has "Mercedes-proofed" The Cage, and decides to head into the village. Ella has bought Vicky a charm bracelet, which she loves. Tony and Maxine struggle being back in the pub.
Mercedes visits Felix and seduces him. After turning up the radio, she drops her coat. Beau brings Diane lunch and reminisces over his mother. Tony stresses over sorting two groups and fusses over Diane when she emerges. Tony is horrified when Maxine and Lizzie reveal their revealing outfits as the church group arrive. Mercedes is furious when Felix rejects her, telling him that she's going to find a "real man". Tony is furious when Maxine accidentally shouts down the megaphone.
DeMarcus looks at photos of Vicky on his phone. Darren tries to get Tony to confide in him. Mercedes returns home with more wine, finding Verity's death on the front page of The Chester Herald. Darren comforts Tony when he blames himself for Verity's death. DeMarcus tells Vicky that he wants to move to Margate with her.
Tony explodes at Maxine when he returns to find them "mucking around", telling her that bad things can't be stopped happening to good people and that they can't start their march at the pub. Vicky doesn't think DeMarcus has considered everything. Diane worries about Tony as he claims to be taken advantage of. Felix tells Goldie and John Paul about Mercedes's behaviour. She returns with a random guy and Felix storms off.Cast
