Synopsis
John Paul tries to hold his family together on the day of Bobby's sentencing. DeMarcus is upset when he finds out Vicky's been keeping her move to Margate from him. Maxine hopes to sway public opinion on the Chen-Williamses with a women's rally.Plot
Mercedes is back home. Felix asks to meet her at the garage so they can resolve their differences. Honour tells Dave she's done something stupid and will lose her job. Maxine and Scott organise a leaving party for Vicky. They want to get DeMarcus involved but Vicky stops them. Felix hands Mercedes some boxing gloves and wants her to take her anger out on the boxing mitts. Honour explains what happened to Dave and Mason. Scott and Damon try to help Vicky realise her relationship with DeMarcus will work if she wants it to.
Felix justifies to Mercedes why he shopped Bobby to the police and encourages her to take some responsibility. Juliet and Imran video call. He and Peri reassure Juliet she still has fight left in her. Bobby arrives at Dee Valley Court for sentencing. Mercedes shows up in time to support her son and he's sentenced for the attempted murder of DeMarcus and the murder of Silas. DeMarcus officially asks Vicky to be his girlfriend but is hurt when, without hesitation, she says no. Mason turns to Maxine to see what legal action they can take against Eric. Imran and Justine hang out together at the clinic.
Mercedes begs the police officers for a moment with Bobby before he's driven back to prison. John Paul asks Zoe to call in a favour so that Mercedes can talk to her son. Vicky explains to DeMarcus she really likes him but she doesn't know how they can be together when she's living so far away. DeMarcus is hurt to find out she kept the news from him but told others. Maxine tells Dave, Honour and Mason that she's going sway public opinion by organising a rally for all the women of the village. Mercedes gets time with Bobby. She promises her son she'll be waiting for him when he gets out and will be proud of him. Bobby stuns Mercedes when he confesses to killing Verity.Cast
