Synopsis
Juliet goes through the stages of grief as she is informed that her chemotherapy hasn't worked. Hunter and Prince sort things with Rayne's ex-boyfriend Mikey. Warren claims to be a new man, Misbah makes a decision about Norma's money, and Honour goes the wrong way about reconciling the family.Plot
Juliet meets with Dr. Stephens. She reads a poster about the stages of grief behind him. Misbah isn't sure about what to do with Norma's money. Hunter and Prince rush to help Rayne. Shaq tries to convince Misbah to take the money. Rayne decides to throw a housewarming party, but Lacey can't make it. Juliet is distant, but claims to Peri that the doctor has said that the treatment is working. Warren tries to tidy the place for Norma. Joel is annoyed as Warren isn't resting after discharging himself against doctor advice.
Juliet and Peri arrive for the housewarming party. Juliet feels guilty about lying to Peri. Honour is desperate to reconcile the family before Lunar New Year, which would be Shing Lin's first with the family. Rayne is horrified when Prince tags her in a photo, worrying that her ex-boyfriend Mikey will come after her. Misbah visits Norma again, making clear that she'll accept the money but makes clear that she knows Norma wants her embroiled. Norma agrees to the term that she will never hear from her or Warren again.
Rayne tells Prince that Mikey borrowed a lot of money from her and she stole his Vespa when he refused to pay it back. Grace apologises to Warren, who claims to forgive her. Joel is stunned, but Warren says that he needs to change to see his kids grow up. A drunken Juliet falls from a table. She gets annoyed and tells Peri to stop babying her before getting upset and leaving. Prince arranges for himself and Hunter to meet with Mikey. Shaq has received plane tickets for himself and Verity to go to France. Misbah arrives home with the money and comforts Shaq. Mikey meets with Prince and Hunter. He gives them Rayne's money in exchange for the keys, but warns them that Rayne isn't the person they think she is.
Romeo returns home to an empty house. Lizzie disapproves as Honour calls Serena to make her "face her feelings over Mason". Serena says that she doesn't recognise Mason anymore and can't be near him. She refuses to return home as she doesn't feel safe anymore to Honour's upset. Peri confronts Juliet, realising that something is wrong. Back at the meeting with Dr. Stephens, Juliet is informed that her cancer is a rare form hasn't been reacting as expected to the chemotherapy, suggesting a stronger and more aggressive treatment. Back at the City Wall, Peri comforts Juliet as she bursts into tears.Cast
