Synopsis
Norma takes things too far as she attempts to secure Warren a liver. DeMarcus has words with Mason over recent events. Brooke fears that Zara's put marijuana in cupcakes for Jack. Imran finds out about the group chat.Plot
Warren's in hospital. Grace is told by the doctor time's running out. Yasmine tells Tom that Imran lied to them. DeMarcus confronts Mason, who runs away. Norma reveals to Grace she's not giving Warren her liver. Joel has a job interview for a support worker position. DeMarcus catches up with Mason at the park. Mason winds DeMarcus up; DeMarcus goes to thump the lad but doesn't when he notices flowers for Saul on the floor and has flashbacks. Norma finds Joel, tells him she's Warren's mother and then kidnaps him.
Mason insists DeMarcus overlooks him everyday but DeMarcus reassures him that's not the case. Mason asks DeMarcus if he's going to tell anyone what he's done. Imran accepts Juliet's offer of being his food buddy. Warren hastily leaves his bed upon learning from Grace what Norma is up to. Norma has Joel strapped up to a makeshift hospital bed. When Joel is adamant he won't be doing what she says, Norma tells him they'll just do things her way instead. Zara bakes cupcakes for Jack's birthday party. Brooke finds a bag of herbs and thinks Zara's put marijuana in them. Imran ends up finding the group chat about him when he goes to show Yasmine a photo of Sid on her phone.
Warren saves Joel from Norma and demands a part of her liver, or else they're through. Cindy and Brooke stop Nancy from consuming a cupcake and explain why. Zara states the herbs are a natural remedy that give an energy boost. Joel warns Warren that Norma will screw him over. DeMarcus tells Vicky he's dealt with Mason his way; Felix ends up finding out that the pair know who's been texting DeMarcus when Vicky carries on talking about the situation, unaware that DeMarcus isn't in the room but Felix is. Felix wants to have a word with Mason. Imran's convinced his family and friends are plotting against him. Norma agrees to give Warren her liver. She's booked herself in for a psych test and is moving in with him.Cast
