Synopsis
The village reacts to the news of Maxine's attack. Goldie searches for evidence that Bobby left Sylver to die. Juliet is left feeling conflicted over her feelings for Peri and Nadira.Plot
Maxine puts make-up over her facial injuries. Juliet and Nadira read about the attack in The Chester Herald. Romeo brings Theresa flowers. Maxine's bruises remind her of Patrick. Scott reminds her to speak to Minnie. She doesn't want to ruin Minnie's perception of the world. Juliet tells Donna-Marie that she still has feelings for Peri. Goldie is furious when she learns of Mercedes's impending return. Zoe gives Maxine vague details about her attacker. Lizzie is furious when she sees Maxine's injuries.
Beau asks Donna-Marie for advice on a personal trainer, and she offers herself. Theresa asks Romeo to stop being protective over her. Lizzie tearfully tells Peri, Juliet and Nadira that Maxine was attacked. Peri tells Lizzie about Fergus's secret cameras. Juliet is left uncomfortable when Nadira arranges for the four of them to meet up later. Maxine panics when she bumps into Romeo in the park, having flashbacks to the attack. Beau trains with Donna-Marie, but catches her deceit out.
Maxine decides to call off the boycott and wants to meet the girls at The Dog in the Pond. Goldie goes through Sylver's cloud account and finds the video from the Salon de Thé de Marnie Explosion. Everyone watches Maxine as she enters the pub and she confirms their suspicions. This triggers a conversation amongst the drinkers. Maxine asks for Romeo, Tony, Jack and Tom's help. Donna-Marie gives Beau a refund, and recommends James when he complains about his incompetent solicitor. Tony comes up with an idea. Eric seethes when he finds their video about women safety. Maxine tells Minnie a story.Cast
