Synopsis
A deeply unhappy Leela confronts Nadira over yesterday's events. Dave is unhappy to learn that Honour has taken on Warren as a client again. There's a shock kiss at the firework display.Plot
Leela prepares to have words with Nadira. Warren texts Honour that he's changed his mind. Maxine finds spiking posters plastered up round the village. Peri tries convincing Leela her injury was an accident, but Leela doesn't care. She confronts Nadira and suggests she disappears. Warren has a meeting with Honour. Words from Honour give him flashbacks to when he was a child in the care home. Peri separates Leela from Nadira and leaves Juliet to talk to her girlfriend. Juliet wants answers from Nadira on what happened. Nancy worries for the safety of the women and the children in the village.
Juliet thinks Nadira wanted to hurt Peri. Nadira admits to Juliet she doesn't know if she was meant to harm Peri or not. Tony gives a speech to Maxine, Damon, Yasmine, Theresa and Grace on how they're going to improve the safety of women in the village. His ideas receive a mixed reception. Darren finds a way to help remind Nancy of her strength. Maxine, Theresa and Yasmine protest against the local businesses. Honour tells Warren she won't give up on him. Juliet asks Nadira for some time alone. Dave asks Sam to talk to Honour and stop her from having sessions with Warren. Sam tells Dave to sort out his own mess.
Donna-Marie gives a speech at the firework display. Tony has anti spike cup covers at the Dog. The spectacular firework display gets underway. Peri finds Juliet alone in La Gymnastique. Donna-Marie checks in on Nadira at the pub. Juliet informs Peri that she thinks Nadira burnt her deliberately. Peri admits she thinks she did too but didn't say anything because she knows how much Nadira means to her. Donna-Marie gives Nadira hope for her and Juliet. Nadira sets up a romantic meal for her and Juliet as Juliet and Peri kiss passionately in the gym.Cast
