Synopsis
Olivia puts herself in danger in a final bid to rescue Mercedes. Norma watches Warren as he is tasked to take out a snitch. Donna-Marie tries to help James get back on his feet, whilst Dave helps Diane with the final preparations for the carnival.Plot
Silas speaks to Olivia through an ear-piece. Leela slams the La Gymnastique door on James. Norma has Godfrey pull up outside of the garage. Olivia arranges to look after Bobby so John Paul can search for Mercedes in abandoned warehouses. Her plan is put in jeopardy when Prince decides to stay with her. Norma tells Warren that the police are building a case against her due to an informant. She tells him to take them out, and hands him a file.
Leela and Ste air their annoyances to Donna-Marie, who convinces them to give James a chance. She decides to make his job as difficult as possible so that he'll quit. Olivia can't talk Prince into leaving her alone with Bobby. Goldie tells Verity that she has had psychic abilities since hitting her head after nearly being trapped in a sunbed at 13. She convinces Verity to let her give her a reading - she tells Verity that her keys are still in the door, which Diane tells Verity when she calls. Diane vents to Dave about Tony. He promises to return in 30 minutes to help her.
John Paul, Theresa, Olivia and Prince argue over what to do about Silas. Olivia panics as Silas piles on the pressure. Dave returns with a small tractor to move the escape room, to Diane's amusement. James's dance class has gone disastrously. James tells Ste that he's going to the police about Norma in the afternoon. Warren watches James from a distance. Joel interrupts Warren to tell him that Sophie and Sebastian are missing him as they haven't seen him in a long time. He demands that Warren joins them at the park, and Godfrey watches the pair leave. Silas snaps at Olivia and she explodes, insulting him and ripping out his earpiece. She ends up telling Prince the truth. Prince tells Olivia to pack her things and leave.
Ste vents to Verity about James. Norma and Godfrey watch Warren in the park with the twins. Donna-Marie tries to convince Verity to take James back at Dee Valley Law. Verity has an idea. Silas lies to Mercedes that Olivia is bringing him Bobby. Diane thanks Dave for moving the escape room by buying him a hot dog. Olivia sneaks into the warehouse and tries to untie Mercedes, but Silas catches her and knocks her out. Silas tells Mercedes of his plans. A set of plastic balls spill from a bucket and the villagers try to pick them up. One falls under the escape room, where there is a bomb hidden underneath. Diane can't find the key for the escape room, and fails to notice the bomb.Cast
