Synopsis
Grace receives devastating news on Saul's condition. DeMarcus struggles as he remains on the receiving end of the blame. Mason struggles with his self-confidence as Ethan proves to attract the most attention from the viral magic video.Plot
Lexi interviews DeMarcus. Grace watches the video of DeMarcus pulling a knife on Saul. Felix waits outside of the police station for DeMarcus, who is eventually released. Grace is furious to learn that DeMarcus has been released. DeMarcus admits to Felix that he did have a knife. He says that he got the knife to scare Joseph and his gang away. In the video, he was giving the knife to Saul to put in the amnesty box. Zoe and Pearl return home to find Grace waiting for them. Zoe convinces her to leave but Grace says that if Saul doesn't survive, neither will DeMarcus.
Mason thinks that the magic video was only popular because of Ethan. Grace finds DeMarcus talking to Saul. Felix plans to evict Zoe, but Pearl tells him that Zoe defended DeMarcus to Grace. Felix changes his mind, but warns Zoe to stay away from him. Grace confronts DeMarcus. Sid restrains her so DeMarcus can flee. Honour enjoys telling Mason about Ethan's embarrassing past. Ethan reveals that he was initially rejected by several women but kept building his confidence until he wasn't rejected.
Sid tells Grace about Saul's intention to propose to her. Misbah interrupts to tell Grace that there has been a change in Saul's condition. DeMarcus accuses Joseph of posting the video. Joseph threatens to get violent, but Charlie jumps in to defend him and gets Joseph to leave. Charlie tells DeMarcus that he stopped being innocent as soon as he armed himself, and warns him of what the future holds.
Mason tries to ask Ella out, but her attentions are diverted towards Ethan. He ends up smashing his phone in a rage. Misbah tells Grace, Sid and Leela that Saul has no brain activity. She bursts into tears and Leela comforts her. Pearl and Zoe sit with DeMarcus. Leela hugs Sid as Grace says goodbye to Saul. Misbah comforts her as Saul's life support is turned off.Cast
