Synopsis
Tom and Shaq receive bad news from James. Warren issues a threat to Norma. Juliet and Nadira share another kiss, although this time it ends in tears.Plot
Shaq asks Nadira why she didn't tell her father about their engagement. Peri's nursing exam is in an hour. Warren interrupts a cash exchange between Sienna and Norma. Nadira covers her tracks and insists she still wants to marry Shaq. Sienna explains to Warren she's paid off Norma but Warren isn't convinced she has the situation under control. James tells Tom and Shaq that their investment hasn't paid off. A devastated Tom admits he took a loan out on the café.
Nadira's paranoid when Juliet meets her father. Yasmine wants the truth from Tom about the investment. Juliet takes Nadira back to 2 Oakdale Drive, where she urges Nadira to open up about what she truly wants. Their latest encounter results in passionate kissing. Warren summons Norma and threatens to kill her if she doesn't stay away. Yasmine's unhappy with Tom. Shaq opens up to Kamal about his fears of not being able to give Nadira everything she wants. Kamal reminds Shaq that regardless of the hurdles they face, his daughter chose him. Peri rings Juliet when Juliet fails to meet her after her nursing exam. Juliet stops kissing Nadira to check her phone whilst it's ringing and insists Nadira leaves immediately.
Kamal lends Shaq some money. Shaq transfers some of the money over to Tom in return for a 40% stake in the business. Peri feels like she's messed up her exam. Juliet supports her and Peri's apologetic for her paranoia. Sienna meets with Norma at the Folly and intends to continue working for her, but this time without Warren finding out. Juliet tells Nadira that she can't be the person to help her figure her sexuality out and they must not have anything more to do with each other, else she'll lose Peri. Nadira tearfully heads upstairs as Shaq sits in the corner of the room, having overheard their conversation.Cast
