Synopsis
John Paul finds himself homeless as Goldie has no sympathy and Mercedes refuses to take any risks with Bobby. Sienna tries to help Ste with his financial issues, but Ethan finds out about the account inconsistencies. Darren and Nancy decide to re-build their marriage, whilst DeMarcus's complaints give Felix an idea.Plot
Sally shows John Paul an ad for a job as an English Literature teacher in The Chester Herald, but he is very unimpressed with her. Ste prepares to clean the mold in Daniel's room. Felix confronts DeMarcus over receiving a £200 credit card bill for Combat Raiders. Ste tells Leela that he has managed to clean the mold, but has broken a window and damaged a wall after falling from a ladder. Olivia overhears as Sally tells Mercedes and Goldie about John Paul's alcoholism and the bus crash. DeMarcus complains about a lack of activities for the younger residents in the village.
Goldie refuses to help John Paul. Darren gives Nancy a bag of clothes and tells her to meet him at The Dog in the Pond at noon. Mercedes agrees to speak to John Paul. Ste asks Sienna for money and Sienna reluctantly agrees to help him. Ethan turns up and tells Sienna that the business accounts don't match up regarding profits, and now he can't get ahold of Asher. Felix tells Martine about his idea for a youth club. Mercedes gives John Paul tough love; she tells him that he needs to move out. Nancy meets with Darren outside of The Dog in the Pond, both dressed as the same as they did in the 2000s. He makes a short speech before proposing to her, but she laughs and rejects.
Ste and Sienna panic over Asher's disappearance. Martine asks Scott for help with the youth club, with Scott agreeing to help. Sally bursts into tears as John Paul rejects her. Darren and Nancy argue over the proposal. When things calm down, Nancy changes her mind and accepts. Ste and Sienna are horrified when Ethan reveals that he works under "The Undertaker", and is insistent that Asher has run off with The Undertaker's money.
Olivia is disappointed when she thinks Sally wants her to fill in as deputy headteacher, but Sally wants her to take over John Paul's English classes. Nancy books a slot at the registry office. John Paul grabs his belongings from the classroom. He recognises the style of the letter 'Q' Olivia has written on the board and leaves her a voice message, revealing that he knows what she has done.Cast
