Synopsis[]
Tragedy strikes as John Paul drives the year 10s in the minibus to the campsite. Mercedes does what she thinks is best for Bobby. Shaq learns there's a Muslim matrimony event going on at the pub and is encouraged by Misbah to attend.
Plot[]
Wendy engages in another call with Silas. Mercedes has a bag of drugs in her handbag. Shaq messages a woman on his matrimony app. John Paul hides vodka in his coat. Sally won't let Prince tag along on the camping trip. The minibus arrives to take the kids on their trip. Wendy's understanding of Mercedes's latest blip. Zain informs Shaq of a Muslim matrimony event on at the pub. Charlie and Ella check their tents in preparation for the trip.
Sam's spent the night with Zoe. Leah has trouble getting her tent in the bag. Charlie makes a jibe at John Paul, winding him up. He clenches his bottle of alcohol round the side of the minibus but is interrupted by Sally before he can consume any of it. Mercedes panics when she catches Matthew-Jesus with her handbag whilst he and Bobby are pretending to be astronauts. Shaq isn't sure about attending the event at the pub but Misbah encourages him to go. John Paul pours his alcohol away and ditches the bottle in a hedge. Zoe makes it clear to Sam she wants a no strings attached relationship.
Mason impresses Freya with a card trick. John Paul has to drive the minibus as Olivia doesn't have a driving licence. Mercedes opens up to Sally about her troubles. Sally advises Mercedes to accept help if she can't pick herself back up and move on with Bobby. Mason feels sick in the minibus en route to the campsite; Olivia wants him and Freya to switch places. Darren and Nancy prepare to have fun at home. Mercedes tearfully sends Bobby off to stay with Wendy. John Paul loses his concentration and sweats as he drives. Mason is sick while the other teens are rowdy. John Paul's lack of concentration causes the minibus to swerve off-road and flip onto its side.
