Synopsis
Misbah learns that she won't be getting her day in court, but finds closure after visiting Ali in prison. Sienna risks her relationship with Liberty as she attempts to keep Ethan away from her family. Ollie decides to face the reality over Luke's condition, whilst Verity makes a discovery that could end her relationship with Shaq for good.Plot
Sienna arrives at 2 Oakdale Drive to find Leela and Ste squabbling. Verity shows Misbah and Yazz the front page of The Chester Herald - Yazz's article has been published early! Ollie listens to a podcast about dementia. Misbah and Yazz are horrified when Verity reveals that Misbah is likely to not get her day in court. Zara has arranged for Ollie to speak with Honour. Yazz explodes at Tom, making him realise that he sent the wrong article. Shaq explodes at Yazz and Tom defends her. Sienna tries to talk Liberty out of working for Ethan, but only manages to upset her.
Leela becomes annoyed when Ste tries to warn her off Ethan. Misbah visits Ali in prison to tell him about what happened. He taunts her and she leaves in tears. Verity tells Yazz that only Misbah's case is being dropped by the CPS. Yazz tells Verity about Tom sending the article by accident, and ignores Tom when he bumps into her. Misbah returns to see Ali, instead taking control over the meeting. She tells him that eventually her feelings about him will turn into nothing as she lives her life, whilst Ali only has a prison stint to look forward to.
Imran tries to ask Yazz about what is going on at home as Shaq and Misbah aren't telling him anything, but Yazz also refuses to speak to him. Yazz convinces Verity to give Shaq another chance. Misbah meets with Shaq at The Folly. He is horrified to learn that she has met with Ali. He thinks that he is not good enough for Verity and will hurt her, and storms off. Sienna convinces Ethan to give her the job instead of Liberty. Liberty overhears and makes clear that she feels betrayed by Sienna. Verity arrives at 67 Christleton Terrace and finds Shaq with another woman.Cast
