Synopsis
A tense showdown occurs between Zara and Stephen as emotions run high following Luke's disappearance. Dave and Maxine begin making up for lost time. Donna-Marie tasks herself with planning Marnie's funeral.Plot
Lizzie isn't willing to talk to Serena. James ignores Ste's phone calls. Ste struggles to hold himself together when he gets a redundant reminder about an upcoming shift at the Salon de Thé. Ollie blames himself for Luke going missing. Sid helps Lizzie ease on Serena. Lizzie's wiling to forgive the pair for their kiss. Ollie confronts Stephen over Luke's disappearance. Stephen offers to help look for Luke but an angry Ollie isn't willing to just forget what he did and follows him, unaware that Zara has seen him and is onto him.
Dave admits to Maxine he wants them to have a father-daughter relationship but thinks they need to build it up slowly. Yasmine takes over Tom's shift to let him go searching for Luke. Zara's emotions get the better of her after she comes eye to eye with Stephen. She considers striking him with a rock but Ollie stops her. Ste and Donna-Marie can't find James, but do find a letter from the funeral directors. Donna-Marie takes it upon herself to arrange Marnie's funeral. Luke returns, having been found by D.S. Cohen.
Tom's baffled when Yasmine posts smiley selfies of them together on her socials. She states she's doing it because she doesn't want people knowing he kissed Cher. Ste's upset at James's reluctance to grieve for Marnie. Dave and Maxine have a rendezvous at the park, where they are caught talking by Lizzie and Serena. Lizzie and Serena assume Dave is being unfaithful. Serena takes it upon herself to hunt Maxine down and extract the truth from her. Ollie has drugs on him. James finds Ollie with the drugs and, upon noticing there is enough for the both of them, decides to flip a coin and let fate decide whether they should take it or not.Cast
