Synopsis[]

After being pushed too far by Saul, Toby feels the need to make a big confession to his nearest and dearest. Mercedes is baffled when both Bobby and Sylver go missing. Peri learns that Juliet is going to propose to her.

Plot[]

7:31pm

Fire rages at the collapsed Salon de Thé. Glass bottles and a lamp explode whilst a "flat wanted" poster, a watch and a raffle ticket lay in the rubble. A phone rings. The Dee Valley Heroes sign burns.

9:30am

Marnie stresses over the arrangements for the event. Bobby tries telling Mercedes about Sylver but she's too distracted to listen. The gas has been turned off at the Lomaxes as they continue to struggle to pay their bills.

11:05am

Toby has another psyche assessment to see if he can finally give Walter his kidney. Cleo and Celeste are optimistic for the outcome. Saul decides that today will be the day he brings down Lisa's murderer. Donna-Marie buys an exercise bike for the Salon de Thé to allow for a charity cycle, but Marnie isn't impressed. The pair then argue when they both attempt to sell Damon raffle tickets. Whilst discussing the future with Sylver, Mercedes receives a phone call from a panicked Goldie as Bobby's gone missing.

Toby's assessment goes well. He's unnerved upon coming face-to-face with Saul again, who has the Red Door in his hand. Saul reveals he's spoken with Doctor Ley, who has confirmed that Toby killed Lisa. The pair begin to scuffle when Saul attempts to get a confession from Toby but is unable to. Romeo finds a concerned Mercedes searching for Bobby on a phone tracker app. He thinks they should call the police but Mercedes is against the idea. Romeo admits he still likes her so she sends him inside the Salon de Thé and gives him some home truths. Sylver catches the pair heading inside the Salon de Thé together, while inside, Cher hears what Mercedes has to say to Romeo and is impressed.

Yasmine lets slip to Peri that Juliet is going to propose to her. Maxine invites Scott to live with her, having heard from Diane that he needs somewhere else to live so that she doesn't hamper his chances of fostering. A worried Peri opens up to Leela about how she doesn't want to get married, but also doesn't want to lose what she and Juliet have.

5:25pm

Sylver leaves in a taxi, having ignored a phone call from Mercedes. Cher catches the taxi driving away and tries to shout it down to stop her father from leaving, but is unsuccessful. Prince's new watch breaks, so Cleo offers to hand it to Toby to let him have a look at it. Toby stumbles away from the Sweater Thunberg van, sporting a bloodied fist.

7:27pm

Having decided to hide in the Salon de Thé, Bobby plays chess alone. Cleo encourages him to head home. Toby shows up at the Salon de Thé desperately needing Celeste's help, but his attempts at getting away from the venue are thwarted thanks to Cleo and Felix, who insist they celebrate today's success. Saul lies unconscious in the back of the Sweater Thunberg van. An agitated Toby grabs Celeste's wrist which results in champagne being spilt on the exercise bike, causing it to spark. Martine walks in on Toby and is mortified by Toby's actions. An overwhelmed Toby sits Celeste, Martine and Cleo down and prepares to come clean about Lisa's murder, but before he can, the Salon de Thé explodes.
