Synopsis
Maxine realises who her true family are just before Trish leaves for Los Angeles. Darren searches for evidence as Nancy refuses to believe him. Scott discovers he will be meeting with a social worker tomorrow, and Marnie helps Misbah realise that she is not to blame for Ali's behaviour.Plot
Maxine receives a reminder about Trish moving to Los Angeles today. Nancy is cold towards Darren. Misbah receives a text from Marnie about their walk. Trish tries to apologise to Maxine. Warren is furious to learn that Dave rejected Maxine. Honour shows Ethan and Maya a house for sale, desperate for them to move out. Scott excitedly tells Tony and Diane about the fostering agency having a cancellation so a social worker can be sent out tomorrow. Nancy annoys Darren by putting words in his mouth. Misbah continues to blame herself, but Marnie points out that she might not be the first woman who was assaulted and she would not blame them.
Honour worries when Warren threatens to tell her kids about Dave being Maxine's father, so she threatens to tell Sienna about what he said in his counselling session. Someone watches them talking from The Archway. Tony and Diane warn Scott that there is still a possibility that he could be rejected, and his spending is premature. Trish and Dave argue over Maxine. Maxine overhears Trish talk highly about her to Dave. She rejects Dave and reconciles with Trish. Misbah visits Cassie as she prepares to leave the hospital. Cassie blames herself but Misbah relays Marnie's words, making Cassie realise that Misbah is speaking from experience. Honour confronts Dave. However, she tells Dave to see Maxine on the sly.
Maxine tries to convince Trish not to leave, but Trish tells her that it's Maxine's time to fly. They wave Trish off as she leaves. Darren asks Ethan for evidence about the kidnap so he can prove to Nancy that he is not lying. Ethan tells Darren about how Maya has changed and that he has started to fall out of love with her. Marnie tells Misbah about wanting to have the Dee Valley Heroes party held at the Salon de Thé de Marnie. Maxine seduces Warren and takes him to the bedroom. Someone breaks into the Chen-Williams' flat and steals Warren's counselling notes.Cast
