Synopsis
Imran and Sami take extreme measures to help Misbah's case. Sid is left in a predicament when he learns that Lizzie and Serena are step-sisters. Olivia is left unimpressed by Prince's new job, whilst Scott is upset as Mary returns to her mother.Plot
Imran takes Ali hostage in the school hall to force him into a confession. Lizzie comes downstairs and asks if Sid is going to do a runner on her. Prince prepares to break some bad news to Olivia. Imran threatens to kill Ali. Things are awkward between Sid and Lizzie, and Juliet's arrival doesn't help matters. Juliet agrees on Sid's behalf for them to go on a date to the bazaar, leaving him slightly annoyed. Yazz panics upon hearing Imran's voicemail. Prince tells Olivia that he is having cash flow issues, but Olivia says that she doesn't want him for his money and isn't bothered.
Olivia takes over plans for the school nativity from Nancy. Mary screams when Scott jumps out of a big Christmas box, dressed as Santa. She is grateful for her actual present. Sid tells Romeo and Ollie about liking both Lizzie and Serena. Ollie tells him to go for Lizzie, but Romeo suggests that he goes for Serena. Misbah and Theresa talk about Ali. Imran takes a knife out of his pocket and tells Ali that he has an issue controlling his anger. Ali makes a partial confession. Yazz, Sami and Shaq burst in as Imran floors Ali with a punch.
Lizzie gives Prince advice on what to buy Olivia for Christmas, before meeting with Sid for their date. Yazz takes control of the situation and convinces Imran to drop the knife. Ali makes clear that he plans to call the police, and flees. Olivia is stunned to learn that Prince has accepted a janitor job at Hollyoaks High, but she isn't pleased to learn that they'll be working in the same building. Scott is disappointed as Mary has returned to her mother. Diane encourages Scott to become a foster parent.
Sami intercepts Ali and makes clear that people owe him favours - he can have Ali murdered as the coroner mark his death as suicide. Sid is stunned to learn that Serena is Lizzie's sister, but they hide their connection from Lizzie. Imran confesses to Misbah. Sami interrupts and reveals that Ali has confessed to rape. He takes a phone call from Ali outside and Yazz confronts Sami with what she has overheard.Cast
