Synopsis
Misbah's left severely distressed following her latest encounter with Ali. Sweater Thunberg is talk of the town following recent events. Mikey demands James's assistance.Plot
Juliet walks in on James tending to his injured hand. Sweater Thunberg has a crowd of customers, to Ripley's delight. Ali asks Shaq to attend the hospital ball as his wingman. James fails to tell Juliet what he's done. Imran rejects Misbah's help on his university work and bites when she acknowledges he hasn't been himself recently. Brooke's charged with breaking and entering. Ste learns what James has done but stands by him anyway. Imran lends an ear to Peri. Clarke celebrates the law firm merger but makes a sexist remark about his secretary in the process, leaving Verity unimpressed. Ali encourages Shaq to drink with him at the pub.
James informs Juliet and Peri that he will be able to take their intimate videos down from the main websites. His conversation with the pair is interrupted by D.S. Cohen, who wants to talk to him. Ali makes risky comments about Verity to Shaq. James's talk with D.S. Cohen turns out to be professional rather than personal. Juliet notices that James was nervous upon sighting D.S. Cohen so he takes her and Peri upstairs and fills them in on his fight with Mikey. Cindy revels in Sweater Thunberg's overnight success and speaks to a journalist as she models her newly upcycled outfit. She agrees to let the stall continue running at the bazaar, and also to drop Brooke's charges. Ripley's thrilled by the news and declares their love for Brooke, who quickly exits without responding.
Ali visits Misbah while a drunken Shaq heads to see Verity. Both women are unhappy with their company; Verity sends Shaq on his way after giving him a piece of her mind, while Misbah breaks down when Ali caresses her and resurfaces memories of old. Mikey meets with James and demands his help: he's on an assault charge for inappropriately touching a woman and needs someone to get him off of it. James is hesitant, but Mikey makes it clear that should he fail to comply, he will have him arrested for assault.Cast

- Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, this episode was filmed with social distancing rules in place - including actors playing family members/roommates.

- Cindy Cunningham shows Ripley Lennox and Brooke Hathaway a news article regarding a terminally ill cancer patient from Holby City hospital, Sammy Harrington, which serves as direct acknowledgement to the weekly BBC medical drama Holby City. He appeared on the episode airing 2nd November 2021.
