Synopsis

Warren races to keep his secret when he remembers about his voicemail to Joel. Damon makes Liberty choose between him and Sienna. Tom is sick of Cher's messiness.

Plot

Fergus finds a hungover Warren. Maxine worries about Warren and asks Joel if he's said anything to him. Liberty has a birthday balloon for Damon, but he's not in the mood for celebrations. Warren confronts Fergus over his drugs plan and wants nothing to do with him. He then has flashbacks to the voicemail he sent to Joel and panics, taking his anger out on Fergus. John Paul notices that Mercedes hasn't told Bobby that she's split up with Sylver. Mercedes intends to sort things out with Sylver. Cher texts "Jade" but is ignored. Tom's fed up of Cher's untidiness and wants her to pull her weight.

Sienna invites Damon and Liberty to the pub for birthday drinks. Timmy reveals to Fergus that their hacker is trying to bypass his security protocols and they're now only delaying the inevitable. When Trish asks Fergus who he was on the phone to, Fergus claims it's the bank manager for a loan. He thinks Joel's a part of the reason for Warren backing out of his business deal and has an idea to find out what's going on using Trish's help. Sylver returns home, having booked a hotel. Bobby's thrilled to see him, but is saddened to learn he and Mercedes are over. He begs Sylver to stay so he agrees to. Mercedes tells Sylver she loves him but he doesn't respond how she'd hoped. Joel starts listening to Warren's voicemail but is distracted by Warren before he hears the confession. Sienna reveals to Damon and Liberty that Summer is being charged with Brody's murder. Damon's hurt when Sienna recalls the past with Brody and blames her for his death.

Trish drops her shopping when Warren shouts at Joel as she's walking past. Joel puts his phone by the pondwater and helps Trish. He resumes bickering with Warren afterwards, when Trish comments on his proposed deal with Fergus. They then realise the phone's disappeared and assume it's gone into the water. Fergus tells Sylver he must repay him £50,000 as he's fallen behind on his payments, incurring penalty fees. Sylver's in disbelief, unable to pay him back. Mercedes overhears their conversation and learns from Fergus that Sylver borrowed the initial £10,000 for their IVF. Damon makes Liberty choose between him and Sienna. Sienna insists Liberty goes to Damon as the only person she needs is now dead. Mercedes offers Fergus the pub to get Sylver out of his debts. Tom and Yasmine find Cher asleep on the sofa, having not cleaned the house. Tom thinks Cher should find somewhere else to live, unaware that she's awoken and has heard what he's said. Fergus returns home and Trish gives him Joel's phone, a flashback revealing that she took it whilst Warren and Joel were arguing. Fergus listens to Warren's voicemail.
