Synopsis
Sami's left heartbroken, while Misbah comes clean to Shaq. Peri receives a gift, which leaves Juliet on edge. Grace and Scott meet Nate.Plot
Thinking Sami knows everything, Shaq admits he slept with Verity in front of Misbah and Imran. Sami's mortified by the revelation and leaves in a state of shock. Ali suspends Cleo until the investigation is completed. Yasmine suggests that Peri treats Marnie, as a happy grandma will result in a happy girlfriend. Verity follows Sami, desperate to make amends, but he recalls how she's already lied to him once before. He makes it clear they are over and wants her to move out. Shaq apologises to Misbah for disappointing her. Misbah goes searching for Sami.
Cleo confronts Peri over the image and learns she was responsible for her suspension. Misbah admits to Sami that she knew Shaq had a crush on Verity. She asks Sami to not turn his back on Shaq despite what's happened. Grace fills Scott in on Verity and Shaq when Nate knocks. Grace answers the door and likes what she sees. Shaq packs Verity's belongings and takes them to her. She's moving back in with the Tony and Diane. Knowing Verity's emotional, Shaq supports and then hugs her, but Sami sees them from afar as he writes a message expressing willingness to talk to Shaq, so decides to delete the message.
Peri receives an expensive hamper at the hospital. Juliet notices it and assumes it's for Marnie. Toby gives Cleo words of encouragement. Sami packs Shaq's bags for him, acknowledging he saw them embracing in the village. Misbah walks in on the commotion. Juliet and Peri apologise to each other, but when Juliet finds a note in a bar of chocolate she took from the hamper and reads it, their progress is halted, as she realises the hamper was not bought by Peri. She assumes it was from "Jeff" instead. Grace accepts Nate as her new roommate. Timmy awkwardly attempts to converse with Peri upon finding her in the village. His bag consists of the same branding as the hamper that she received at the hospital. A taxi pulls up outside for Shaq. Unable to let him go, Misbah reveals to him that she's his mother.Cast
