Synopsis
Cindy struggles as Luke's condition worsens, so Zara invites her aunt Lydia. Cher faces the consequences of her actions. Diane unknowingly puts The Hutch into further debt, whilst Walter unknowingly makes Cleo feel guilty.Plot
Tom tells Yazz of his horror over Cher poisoning Sylver, just as Cher walks in. Luke gets a text message from an unknown number, saying it was them who Sue had been visiting. Diane checks the locks. Cher listens to John Paul's voicemail, informing her of Sylver's heart attack. Ollie refuses to let Luke meet with the unknown person alone. Tony lies to Diane about the financial problems to stop her from stressing. Diane decides to call the supplier herself.
Cher apologises to a comatose Sylver. She says that she lied about who her father was, and people began to like her. She vows to put everything right. Toby worries to Cleo about Walter. Zara tries to tell Cindy about her aunt Lydia, but is interrupted when Cindy receives Luke's text about the meeting. Luke meets with a man who proceeds to mug him with another thug. Luke decides to start a fight. D.S. Cohen arrives, having had a tip-off that Sylver was poisoned in The Dog in the Pond. Luke and Ollie have been attacked, and Cindy is horrified to find that Luke is laughing.
Diane has made a deal with the supplier, but for a higher cost than they can afford. Tony pretends that she has potentially saved The Hutch, unaware that Tony has exceeded the overdraft limit. Cleo feels guilty when Walter confides in her over his fears of the attack. D.S. Cohen works out that the McQueens know who poisoned Sylver. Cher reaches breaking point and confesses, but Mercedes lies that Cher blames herself as she stood Sylver up and Sylver went out drinking. Zara introduces Cindy to her aunt Lydia, who has arrived to speak to Cindy. Tony tells Luke about the debt, but Luke vows to helo him save The Hutch. Mercedes explodes at Cher and tells her that she is no longer welcome in the family.Cast
