Synopsis
With Summer distracted, Liberty makes a desperate attempt for freedom. Trish's selfishness leaves Leah in serious danger. Darren receives some advice about Nancy, whilst Tom disagrees with Romeo and Yazz's ideas about the Assassin's game.Plot
Darren tries to convince Nancy to at least change her mind about the holiday. Leah tries to hide her injury from Trish. Sienna does not believe that Liberty is dead or that Brody hurt her. Summer tries to convince Sienna that Brody may have killed Liberty. Jack urges Nancy to tell Darren what she is worrying about. Leah bickers with Kathleen-Angel. Trish harshly reprimands Leah for her performance during the rehearsals. Brody explodes at D.S. Cohen as he is accused of murder. He says that he was trying to help find Liberty. Brody is horrified when D.S. Cohen tells her that Liberty's blood-stained headband was found under his mattress.
Trish tells Darren that she and Fergus have re-written their story; Darren shouldn't focus on the past but rather the present. Romeo suggests making a podcast to keep track of who is still in the game. Summer is horrified whilst Sienna is delighted to find that Brody has been released due to insufficient evidence. Summer is left even more anxious when Brody is certain that he knows who framed him. Trish tells Leah that she and Scott spotted her Assassin's target, Theresa, in the woods. Leah leaves and Trish tells Scott that Leah didn't feel well so she sent her home.
Brody confronts Sienna and accuses her of framing him for Liberty's disappearance. He suspects that Liberty may also be in on the revenge. Sienna says that framing him for her sister's murder would be too extreme for her; he is left doubting everything. Summer is enraged over her plan failing, exploding to a scared Liberty who pleads her to end the revenge. Summer makes clear that she won't back down, and wants to force Liberty to help her to give Brody a motive. Darren has written a contract on the back of the hotel cancellation form, as part of his apology to Nancy. Brooke bursts in; prom is tomorrow, but they have nothing to wear!
Liberty reads Summer's letter to Brody, supposedly from Liberty - it is a harsh letter in which Liberty supposedly applies for sole custody of Faith. She threatens Liberty into signing the letter. Summer reveals that she plans to either keep Liberty in the kitchen forever, or actually kills her. She notices the door is open so she tries to make an escape. Brody tells Damon that he is being framed, they try to figure out who it was. Liberty hears someone and hides behind a tree in the woods. She arms herself with a stick and strike them - it's Leah! Summer finds Liberty standing over an unconscious Leah.Cast
