Synopsis

The Hutchinsons receive a shock at Edward's will reading, but the biggest shock is yet to come when Diane discovers that she is pregnant! Warren is furious when Summer tells him of Sienna and Brody's engagement. Maxine's relationship with Brad becomes more romantic, whilst Toby fears his counselling session at the hospital.

Plot

Tony confronts Diane. Maxine tells Sami that she is going to be evicted. Summer overhears Brody refer to Sienna as his fiancée. Tony continues to confront Diane but she tries to change the topic. She is uncomfortable to find Edward's urn. Summer wants to reveal Warren and Sienna's affair, but Warren refuses. Warren says that Brody won't want anything to do with her if she breaks his heart. Maxine stresses to Sami. He says that Brad would be in breach of the tenancy contract and prepares to tell her exactly what to say. Celeste is delighted with Toby's relationship with Cleo. Brad tells Maxine that he doesn't plan on increasing her rent, he just wanted an excuse to see her again. It turns out that she did catch her eye, and he wants the opportunity to start again.

Verity, Tony and Diane meet with the solicitor to discuss Edward's will. Verity tries to undermine her and takes over. The solicitor mentions five dependants, but Verity points out that Edward only had four children; Tony, Eric, Dom and herself. She reads over the will to find that Diane is listed as the fifth dependant, and Edward's estate is being left to her. Liberty is delighted to discover that Brody and Sienna are engaged. Summer arrives and prepares to expose Sienna. Diane plans to reject Edward's estate, but Verity is upset that Edward left nothing to her as he did not care for her. Tony thinks that Diane knew that she would get an inheritance from Edward and doesn't believe her as he already knows that she lied to him. Summer tries to change Brody's mind but Brody inadvertently stops her from telling the truth. Sienna is surprised when Summer changes her tune and congratulates her.

Tony is worried that Diane is going to leave him. Diane says that she is worried that she won't be able to forget Edward and is struggling in the aftermath. Maxine informs Sami of what Brad has said now. She doesn't take Sami's advice to avoid getting too friendly with Brad. Toby finds a letter from the hospital about a counselling session pre-transplant. He tells Cleo that he doesn't want to be analysed by a doctor. When Cleo says that the doctors might ask about his childhood, Toby gets overwhelmed and runs off. Summer reveals to Warren that Sienna and Brody are engaged. An upset Verity vents to Sami. Tony tells Verity that tomorrow, they will scatter Edward's ashes. Maxine lets Brad take photos of her. Warren doesn't take too kindly to Brad being outside the garage. Maxine nearly forgets her bag, and Brad takes a photo of her as she bends down to get it. Verity is delighted when Diane emerges from the bathroom with a pregnancy test, until Diane reveals that the father could be Tony - or it could be Edward!
