Synopsis

James discovers that Juliet is dealing drugs and plans to free her from Victor's grasp. Mercedes asks George to help expose the blackmailer. Diane's jealous when Tony seems to be moving on.

Plot

Cher confronts Juliet over dealing drugs, which Romeo overhears. Mercedes tells Sylver that she has not lost her baby: it was stolen by Silas. Maxine asks Diane for her approval before her date with Tony. Juliet lies to Romeo about what Victor was doing, and he believes her over Cher. Cher makes clear that she no longer wants a reconciliation. Mercedes tells Sylver that she is adamant that Silas was on the other end of the phone. Sylver is desperate to tell people that Silas is back. Mercedes wants to go the police, but Sylver points out that Silas will kill Cher. Mercedes storms off. Diane pretends to be fine with Maxine going on a date with Tony, she is relieved. After Maxine leaves, Diane phones Edward who pretends to know nothing about Maxine and Tony. Diane thinks that Maxine and Tony won't last. James is furious to learn of what has happened with Cher. After Romeo leaves, James confronts Marnie. He accuses her of mismanaging Juliet's problem. He demands to know everything.

Luke is furious with Ollie. Ollie is adamant that he is not addicted to ketamine and that his overdose was his wake-up call. Luke tells Ollie that he is going into a rehabilitation facility. Ollie doesn't want to, but Luke says that it took prison for him to "get clean". Mercedes informs Theresa and Nana of her miscarriage. They are shocked when Mercedes informs them that Silas is the blackmailer. Nana is confused as Silas spared her instead of Lindsey. Juliet tells James the full story. She doesn't know how to get out of the situation. Sid thinks that Brooke has feelings for Imran. He encourages Imran to ask Brooke out. She agrees to his awkward offer of a date. Luke informs Imran of Ollie's overdose. James confronts Victor. James offers to pay Victor to fire Juliet.

Maxine and Tony play Never Have I Ever on their date. Maxine reveals that she dumped a boyfriend in school via text, whilst Tony reveals that he cheated on a McQueen, with another McQueen. Edward isn't pleased when Tony and Maxine reveal that they don't like each other romantically - instead they have more of a "brother/sister vibe". Edward blackmails Kurt into finding a way to keep Maxine and Tony together. Mercedes apologises to Sylver. Luke overhears Ollie talking to Imran. Kurt lies to Diane that Tony and Maxine are getting serious. James tells Juliet that she is moving back in, and he has paid off her debts to Victor. Imran tells Brooke about Ollie, and worries that if they get together, Ollie might relapse again. George offers his condolences. Mercedes asks him to track down Silas. Victor has broken into the house. He threatens to hurt Marnie and James if Juliet does not do as Victor wants. He orders her to keep James off her back.
