Synopsis
The McQueens are horrified when a mysterious doll is sent by the blackmailer. Juliet is tasked to recruit Ella. Sami and Verity go head-to-head over Tony and Diane's divorce. Tom thinks that he is holding Yazz back from her dreams, so she decides to show how much he means to her.Plot
Mercedes, Sylver and John Paul all receive threatening text messages. Victor tells Juliet that there is a problem. Diane and Verity visit Tony to begin divorce proceedings. Cher is upset to learn that they are being blackmailed. Theresa is suspicious when Cher wants to pay the money. Mercedes is determined to find out who is sending the texts. Victor informs Juliet of Jordan's arrest. He says that Juliet needs more dealers. Tony is hurt that Diane wants a divorce. Tony thinks that Verity has turned on him. Mercedes suspects James and confronts him. Nana informs Mercedes that they've had another text. Misbah tries to comfort an upset Yazz. Misbah's words prompt Yazz to tell Tom to come over for dinner, and refusing to take no for an answer.
The McQueens are scared to find a mysterious package sitting on the bar. They are startled when the box opens to reveal a slightly disfigured doll. Edward is not pleased to hear that Verity plans to go easy on Tony with the divorce. The doll tells the McQueens to "pay up, or the game begins". James is shocked to see that George is back at work. The McQueens are divided over whether to pay or not. John Paul has the deciding vote, and chooses not to pay. Mercedes taps "no" on the screen. Yazz outrightly confronts Tom over his inability to say that he loves her. Tom tells Yazz that he wants to stay in the village in the future. Yazz wants to be a worldwide success. He thinks that he will hold her back. Yazz is heartbroken when Tom thinks that they should break up.
Tony has been turned down by every divorce solicitor. Sami realises that Verity has warned everyone off Tony's case. Sami disagrees and he and Verity bicker. He agrees to take Tony's case on. Victor is concerned when he notices George questioning Charlie. Charlie manages to come up with an excuse to trick George. Victor notices that George didn't even look at Ella as he walked past. He orders Juliet to recruit Ella. Yazz asks for Tony's help - she wants to show Tom how much he means to everyone. Mercedes prepares to dispose of the doll, but it starts to speak. Someone sneaks into the basement and turns off the electrics. The dolls vow to reveal the sins one by one, unless they pay £7,000 per sin. The first sin chosen is wrath, and they are given 18 hours to pay.Cast
